Meet Clickbooth, Featured Partner at AMA Colorado’s Marketing Job Fair

The Clickbooth team is an absurdly talented group of doers, dreamers, and bigger thinkers.
Recognized as the #1 CPA Network in the world, the Clickbooth team has a “Work Hard, Play Hard” mentality that recognizes and rewards top performers. We expect the best from our team, and they deserve the best in return.

Clickbooth’s “Team First” culture fosters collaboration, learning, and adaptability, with the aim of creating the premier “Performance-Marketing Ecosystem” through our portfolio of companies, with the ultimate goal to lead the shift of all online advertising to a Performance-Based model.

As part of the Clickbooth family of companies, our Denver business units “Adperio and IgniteOPM” are critical components to the success of that global ecosystem vision.

To get granular on why we think Clickbooth is an amazing place to work, our Corporate Recruiting Manager, Stefanie Brady was kind enough to sit down and share her thoughts.

1. What is your favorite part about working at Clickbooth?
The community. Our people are driven, determined, and a compassionate group, intent on doing their best for clients and team, this mentality is infectious. The people I work with lift me up and encourage me to do the same for others. We’re all performance-focused, and results-driven – a group of people who want to achieve greatness. It’s truly an inspiring atmosphere.

2. How long have you been with the company, and how has Clickbooth changed since you started?
I’ve been with the company for 6 years, and over those 6 years, we’ve seen incredible growth – with the biggest change coming with the acquisition of Ignite and Adperio in 2017. Between the multiple business units, we’ve brought on 42 new employees in the last year. We’ve transformed from being a CPA Network to offering an entire performance marketing ecosystem for our clients. Internally, we serve as the best referral tool to each other, and it’s been amazing to watch our collaboration grow through a “One Team” mentality.

3. What is the work environment like at Clickbooth?
We absolutely subscribe to the work hard, play hard mentality. We hire team members with an initiative that strive to perform at their best so that we can celebrate our hard-earned successes together.

A great example of how our “One Team” mentality comes to life in our work environment was shown at our annual corporate “Think Bigger” event. All business units were invited to Sarasota, FL to celebrate our 2018 wins and plan our 2019 goals. It was an exciting event where our teams were able to bond and celebrate our collective accomplishments- poolside in sunny Florida.

4. What gets you most excited about the company’s future?
Digital marketing is a competitive, ever-changing industry, so to be at the top of our field and growing so rapidly is a very fortunate place to be. The company as a whole had an outstanding year in 2018, and we like to remain ambitious, so we’re looking to top that it in every aspect for 2019.

5. What are some goals your Denver business units are excited to continue exploring?
Our Denver teams are never short on ambition. Both business units had an amazing 2018 from a growth perspective. Each team will continue focusing on growing revenue while expanding distribution and client services. The company as a whole has some very ambitious goals for growth. And the best way to achieve those goals is to continue providing innovative technologies and industry leading client services. I’m excited to support all of our teams as they focus on success in 2019 and beyond.

6. What advice do you have for someone applying for a Clickbooth role?
Put your best foot forward and “Think Bigger”. Regardless of the business unit, our team is anchored in the premise that anyone can be a catalyst for change. I encourage applicants to be team-players, who have the confidence to speak their minds. I also encourage them to have a strong desire to learn, grow, and take the skills they’ve learned to make those around them better. We expect the best from our team – and for that, we strive to give them the absolute best in return.
